This problem might be more minecraft related, however I know this community will be of far greater help. About a week ago my technic launcher has been unable to login. I've been able to get working flawlessly by hotspoting my phone's connection however I'd like a more permanent solution and I'm at my ends wit with it. Aside from a clean Technic launcher install I've tried different DNS servers as well as flushing the DNS and releasing and renewing my IP address, along with reinstalling (xbox services) for windows 11. I can successfully ping (api.minecraftservices.com) but not (api.minecraftservices.com:443) which makes me think it's a port issue, and attempting to login with the default minecraft launcher throws the code (Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. (0x80004005)).
It really hasn't bothered me until a few days ago when I decided to finally try out something other than Tekkit Classic and gave Tekkit SMP a shot, and before I shoot it down because of how different and new it is I'd like to give it a fair chance. I could log in with my mobile connection and switch to wifi after Tekkit Classic launched and still connect to online servers, but this method doesn't work with Tekkit SMP.

Any help is greatly appreciated, due to my network limitations at the moment I'm unable to alter any router administrative settings so if it is a port issue I'm SOL, however if it's a local problem I'd be happy to have it fixed. Feel free to request any needed additional information I may have left out.
Thank you,
~Joy
