I'm trying to open the technic launcher, and it won't boot up. It won't open anything but the technic logo and ends in a message that tells me an error occurred while trying to download an update. The details given are "Failed to download https://launcher.technicpack.net/launcher4/971/TechnicLauncher.exe: Connection Timed out: connect" I opened it earlier today only a few hours ago, so the issue is new, but looking up solutions only gave me threads from 2012 that didn't clear anything up for me. Any help?
