Did you ever get Crafting Table III working in Technic? You have to put the NEI patch inside modpack.jar and the CT3 zip inside the mods folder. Then it should work. Also, it works on the recommended version of Technic, 7.2.6 (or lower,) but not on the latest 7.2.7.
