Go onto the Minecraft Forums page and download it. It still works there.

Nope, turns out all I can use is the default archiving utility, so to use a .zip download would be be best.

Wow, this map looks awesome from what I've seen in screenshots, unfortunately though, I can't play because the file is a .rar and my laptop doesn't support WinRar (sounds stupid, I know). Could you possibly put up a .zip version for download? I'm also incredibly curious about what that coloured marble/sandstone block is... EDIT Derp, I bothered to read through the thread some more and found it. Lol.
