Technic Launcher installing and launching Vanilla minecraft

I have this problem too. It only occurs with Technic. The Technic Launcher when launching "Technic SSP" launches the .minecraft folder in AppData instead of the technicssp folder. This doesn't occur with Tekkit, and Vanilla. I haven't checked Yogbox. This started happening since the update last night. I tried moving my technicssp folder and renaming it as minecraft. It still downloads minecraft 1.2.3 and runs that.
