Out of the modpacks available in the technic pack, which one do you find to be best?

Title: Frequent freezes Version: 3.1.2 OS: Lenovo Win7 PC Java Version: 64 bit Description of Problem: Whenever I play multiplayer servers i can play for 10-15 minutes and then my screen freezes and I have to end it with task manager. Any way to fix this? Error Messages: Error Log:
