Disabled Angel

I managed to get a server to work by going into the paths and specifying where the java file and so on but now when the server loads up it comes up with this (see attachments and don't forget to read both of them.) Any suggestions?

I got the server to run but I can't connect to it on multiplayer it appears to be offline and says that I can't reach it when I attempt to connect. Note: I can connect to other online servers with no effort

When I go to launch the .bat file for the server this pops up: C:\Users\Home User\Desktop\Bukkit>java.exe -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar craftbukkit.jar ‘java.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. C:\Users\Home User\Desktop\Bukkit>PAUSE press any key to continue . . . I would gladly appreciate all help thanks.
