I would personally suggest the 1.2.5 version of nolagg to go with the above list. Area Protection: Worldguard (requires WorldEdit)

If you have work edit and world guard you get change the spawn radius in bukkit.yml to 0 and just world guard the area so those with the proper permissions can edit spawn.

My question is how to get the .exe version working. Xfire Live stream relies on using the .exe version
