i can also tell that it is not downloading minecraft.jar by the fact that it takes less than a second to go from 0% to 100% complete. whoops, im in another account? I am c71789.

it has worked before every time, even for about a month. the only time this has done this was after it tried to update spoutcraft.

here is the picture, when i checked the logs right after it crashed and then failed to update, there were no new logs, even when i checked again after the other times i tried. as i now have deleted everything and reinstalled the launcher, the old ones are not there anyway.

sorry all who are on the server, but i cannot get on to tekkit anymore. my school blocked all packets from minecraft.net meaning it cannot verify that i have a legitamate account. sorry i cannot get on, and please don't touch my hops, and i will see if i can ever get on again. btw im c71789
