  1. All the hardware is stable. I don't have any issues anywhere else. Heck, even early betas that should cause issues have been running better than Tekkit. I think its a driver conflict with something Tekkit wants.
  2. Running with a Saphire Amd Radeon HD6950 Dirt 3 Edition. I run this more smoothly on my laptop.... which is a low end AMD 4k mobile series. I know my dekstop has plenty of processing power graphics, CPU, or otherwise. I can't figure this out.
  3. Having the same issues. On my nice powerful desktop, lag city, and its localy hosted. On my weak underpowered laptop, no problems at all, and then I'm playing on a cell phone mnetwork
  4. Well, we mostly have ocean quarries, gathering lots of sand and clay, on purpose. Half of them are mine. :p
  5. Thanks to both of you, this seems like its going to be exactly what i need.
  6. So, I have a multiplayer world, with several players running quarries, more or less, all the time. As you can imagine, it's destroying my landscape. Do you have any suggestions for easily reseting some of these areas without wiping the entire map. I just want to target reset a few areas to make them less ugly again.
  7. Well, one more thing for ya, It's off topic, but related to the overall system. Any suggestions for using a pump on an ocean oil well without draining the entire chunk its in? The one i have set up seems to be drawing from all 9 chunks the world anchor keeps loaded. I've got the area i want pumped boed in with dirt, but it seems to be ignoring that. And now it has stopped pumping at all.
  8. I was going off of the wiki... curse you wiki, for giving me false hope and dreams. Thank you much. Is there any device in tekkit that will emit redstone current if a tank is full?
  9. So, to my understanding, if I attach to wooden waterproof pipe to a tank, it shouldn't extract from any tanks below it's level. However, it seems exactly that has been happening. I'm using a 4 stack of tanks, input on the bottom, and wooden waterproof pipe on the second tank, powered by a red stone engine. It seems to always pull all the water from all 4 tanks. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong? Maybe a bug? If ti is a bug, I'll move it to the bug bored, but I want to know that for sure first. so, what is the general thought here?
  10. Updated my Java, now running 1.7.0._07 It is the x64 version, the problem remains.
  11. Title: Purple/White Texture Errors Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows 7 Pro x64 Java Version: 1.7.0_07 <---- Updated after original post from 1.7.0_06. No Change. Description of Problem: Several of the default textures for machines are coming up as being mostly/completely purple. After some time they may completely vanish and just leave a white texture-less block. I know the Rotary Macerator, Centrifugal Extractor, and Singularity Compressor are affected by this. I'm not sure about other blocks as of now. see link for example I have re-installed java, Tekkit, Minecraft all multiple times. The issue still occurs. Sometimes it will go away for a little bit after a re-install, but this is fairly rare. Error Messages: N/A Error Log: N/A
