Hey everybody that is putting in whitelist applications, the server is NOT UP RIGHT NOW. Cmuff, the owner, does NOT currently have time/money to run it, so there is'nt a server, therefor no reason to accept whitelist apps. Stay tuned for more news.

Hmmm anyone know if Cmuff saved the server data or if it got deleted permanently? I MIGHT could help... Also, is there a way to contact Cmuff? I don't see any info... It would be helpful, cause I don't want this server to go down for good.

Thanks for the info... I hope it comes back up, I had some people I was going to bring in... I was just going to put out there that I'm experienced in networking and can help with the whole server hosting thing... Too bad I've never talked to Cmuff

Hey guys, I was exploring around with my new-found powers, so I decided to check on the /warp machines, because I always was suspicious it was screwed up and ate items... My suspicions are confirmed. When too many items (Such as sand) are destined for the furnace, and it fills up, then the overflowing items are pushed back out of the furnace, into the Macerator and also stored in the relay, therefore jamming it and not allowing further items to enter it... Meaning it "Eats" your items... They don't actually "disappear", but they are un-retrievable except by manually removing the offending items from the macerator and putting them in the furnace by hand... I'm currently looking at the design, but if the fix isn't easy I'm likely to not do it... Therefore for now i recommend: 1, only place 1 stack of items in the chest per button push (perButtonPush ~5-7 seconds), or 2, don't use the /warp machines and instead make a macerator and furnace yourself and do it manually. *Shudder* I will make a new post when(or if) I fix it. BTW I found stacks upon STACKS of items stuck in the relays... Sooooo I'm sorry to whoever lost items (myself included... I once put the entirety of a quarry's output into one of the machines... only got a few stacks back :C)

Hey guys, no one has been checking on this thread lately, and I don't have the authority to whitelist you, but I'd like to wish you good luck anyway! Hopefully dragonmaster or Cmuff whitelists u all soon. Also, @Cortanis, enderchests are banned for normal players as to my knowledge, but it may change in the future if Cmuff makes any changes to fix the current shortage of players on teh server... Such as EE maybe? It would definitely revive it. Sounds like you make cool stuff though :)

I like that song! Glad i saw it haha. I listen to alot of Finnish and Swedish pagan/viking/epic heathen(haha its a real genre) metal and such, so it fits in well. One of my favorite bands is Ensiferum, they have some really amazing music. What the heck... I'm a big fan of theirs some here's some more songs If you haven't heard of Wintersun, you've been missing out on possibly the best Metal ever made! It has some great history, and it took one guy 8 years to make all the vocals and everything but the drums, which he left to an extremely talented guy from another band.... Meshuggah maybe? Anyway, LISTEN TO IT! If you listen to ANY of the music I've listed, LISTEN TO WINTERSUN. btw, the album Time 1 just recently came out, and it's a bit different... Still awesome but a little bit different genre, -Listen to TIME1 HERE! I'm talking about the old album. Listen to Wintersun IN ORDER for the best musical experience! It tells a story. I love this song by Children of Bodum... I think its one of the best of theirs. Turisas is great too! And another Alestorm song cause they're such a great break from more "normal" metal! And another! Listen to this Equilibrium! I suggest looking up Korpiklaani, Obscura, Arch Enemy, Augury, Dimmu Borgir, DIREWOLF!!!<Similar in construction to Wintersun>, Moonsorrow, and Enslaved as well! Highly recommend it! These are my favorite bands of all time so far... Well I left out a few but I don't want to fill up a whole page... Now I've got to add Lordi to my list and DL some songs... Cant believe i haven't heard 'em before. And here's some Knife Party which ISN'T Metal... But ISN'T Dubstep either... It's Electro House. Different Hope I've shared some music that everyone can like. I listen to all that music above, but I'm really classical at heart... I played the Clarinet for 6 years, and I had the best teacher there could ever be. He was Russian, from the USSR back in the Communist days, where he was one of the principal and best players in the whole country. He later defected to the US, escaping with his wife, children and 3 dogs. When he lived in Russia he says he was a rich man, rewarded for his talent, but when he came to the US he met unemployment, and finally found his first job working in a pizza shop for minimum wage. - Often the sad truth that happened to many physicists and immigrants of the Arts and sciences from Russia and other countries. He eventually got an audition with an Orchestra and impressed the judges with the help of his brother who moved to the US earlier and so he finally began his career in the US and eventually retired from that and became a private lesson teacher for Clarinets and Saxophones... IDK why I wrote all that His name is Lev Danamen... Not that it matters cause I can't find anything about him on the internet. But anyway he was my teacher, and I quickly excelled and was soon winning County wide competitions and generally feeling good about myself, but in an audition for GDYO, which is pretty prestigious, I didn't make it into the band (The entrance fee is about ~300$) and neither did my friend who took lessons from the same man, and I had loaned my $1500 A clarinet and my $2000 Bb Buffet Festival to her... I was heartbroken, but what really killed me, was that in the fine print of the audition packet is said all desisions were final, but after about a week, my friend got a call from the director of the top band, and was let in. The only way she got is was that her brother had known the director about 3 years prior, and has introduced her to him. So I became disillusioned with my playing and eventually lost all will to keep practicing every day, and finally quit playing all together. And so i learned the lesson that it's not What you know, but Who you know. I think about how well I used to play everyday, while I sit on my computer, play Minecraft, and look forward to a mundane desk job later in life rather than playing for a symphony orchestra, and instead of mainly listening to fantastic and inspiring calssical music, I listen to emotional metal that's closer to how I feel. But that's the story of why I love all kinds of music, and can appreciate head-pounding, heart-stopping metal, and suddenly switch to Beethoven and Tchaikovsky and feel at home in both. - And know music theory, if that explains why I use Noteflight The_DarthMoogle That's all ya'll, hope ya can appreciate all kinds of music, don't hate on any kind of music, because they're all different and amazing in their own way. The server has now been down for an inordinate amount of time... I'm becoming aggravated.

That song ain't bad... I know how hard it is to write/make/play good music. I've personally experimented a lot with making some music on http://noteflight.com/ - You should check it out. Also there are some really feature packed Synthesizer apps for iPhone and such i've tried out, made a few decent 3~ish minute long songs with 'em. What do you use?

Also, about DJjim, i've been seeing him on the server alot lately, and i think hes another one of the players still active on the server, and should be considered for the Trainee at least on the basis that the server needs new mods after so many left/got banned. I've seen some of the stuff he's built, and he's got promise.

Thanks for the comments, and I hope you guys don't just give up on the server, and instead work on advertising it and asking your friends to try it out. Also, term, you are one of the few remaining moderators on the server, and certainly come more often than most, if anyone slings mud on your reputation, ignore them. Anyone who sees this, lets try to revive this server... We need to make videos for Youtube, make forum posts, new listings, something to revive it.

quicksliver here again, I wrote that at 4 AM last night, and I'm not quite sure what I was thinking...I didn't quite get my point across. I'm applying for the rank of Moderator, on the basis that I am one of the only people who still actively plays on the server, and there needs to be at LEAST 1 person who has the power to help people... Just today I was on and iambobjr tells me that someone blew up his whole quarry... I TPed to him, but i couldn't do anything. I don't have enough resources to refund him for everything, I can't fix it or even verify that he didn't just blow it up himself (I highly doubt that). The server needs moderation for the players still on it, and until I get my paycheck on the 1st I have no $$$. Please let me moderate this server and help its remaining players. I'm working on making a video for it to advertise... But I'm not that good and certainly not fast. I hope an admin sees this, and pays attention. Thanks for looking.

Hi all, quicksliver98 here again. First of all, I'd like to say that Cmuff set up a great server, and got great admins for it. BBbbbbbuuuuuutttttt.... it's completely disintegrating and losing all its players. I Still play for 1 hour or more every day on ethereal, but usually I'm alone... Maximum maybe 2 other people, but that's rare. I'm sad that this has happened to this great server, it truly runs better and is more stable that most others I've tried, and I liked it since the first time I logged on. I hope it doesn't shut down with all the work I've put into it, but it still seems that that might be the case. I suggest to any admins still here, and looking at these forums to remove the whitelist. I know that people were complaining of griefers... But ever griefers are better than no one at all (...Debatable its true) Thank you for the Trainee rank, its helped me help the few people that still play on this server... But its really not enough... For instance if i need to TP someone to me to show him how to make something etc, I can't... I can use /tp which even Tesla's can't, but I cant even use /tpahere. Also, I build massive stuff, and there is nobody to see it... But because of that, what reason is there to worry so much about lag? I ask that Cmuff consider extending my perms to allowing /tpahere at least, and EE and crystal chests would be nice... It's not like it makes the game to easy for me when I haven't had to go mining in the past 2 weeks because of my mass fabs and quarries... It would just be nice to be able to use all the tools available to make the most complicated factories possible creating every conceivable item. I recently applied for a few jobs IRL... I don't look forward to the change in routine, but I need the moniez, and hopefully ill be able to donate if possible, just to try to keep this server afloat. I don't know the monthly operating bill, but I do know it ain't free.

Thanks for the promotion Aerik! However, I'm not sure if it is supposed to show yet, but I am not a trainee on the server as of yet. Not being able to change the bat file could be a problem though, its really the only way they can work i believe because all the plugins are unloaded when the server is shutdown for a restart... I will nevertheless post some plugins. The plugin I used to use for my server was called SimpleRestart, and true to its name it is simple and only has options for time intervals for restarts, warning messages, and restart messages. However, it seems that this plugin has since gone out of date, and may no longer be being updated. Here's the link anyway - http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/simple_restart/ I'll look up the other restart plugins I tried that frankly had more features than I needed at the time, and post 'em on here later. Hi, quicksliver98 here. I've been playing on this server for about a month and a half or more now, I know all the admins (except Cmuff... I've never seen him online.), and they know me. I build huge stuff, I help other people, and I'm generally on more than half the current moderators and admins. I'm simply asking about the status of the availability of the rank Trainee... Even if it doesn't mean I get any extra permissions and I only get a different rank name, it would really improve my credibility so new players can know that I'm more trustworthy and can help them learn how to play. I plan on donating at the earliest opportunity, as I'm getting a job soon(less than 2 months hopefully), and then I'll have an amount of income that I can spend on what I want to spend it on... Not just clothes and food... Also, I as well know about servers not working as well after a few hours, based on my experience with my 42 plugin Bukkit server, and I could suggest some great Restart plugins if you'd like, as I've been noticing some lag after the server has been up for a few hours. I tried a few and finally settled on one that worked great for me, with configurable restarts and messages, as well as automatic restarts when memory is running low, which would be a great feature. I've noticed these Banlist things beneath most new member applications, so i pasted one in here too. Yeah, chill i agree... still it makes me make time to look through the Tekkit Texturepacks and pick one i like, plus i can try out new items i haven't used before in singleplayer.
