Basically broke my spawn.. it's completely lagging it. It's also bugged... I don't think it worked either :/

Is there a plugin, or patch for a plugin, that can protect certain regions from EE power items or anything that causes block damage, preferably something that works with WorldGuard? I've tried to WorldGuard my spawn, and it works pretty well, but I've been noticing my players keep griefing spawn with a Catalyst. How can I protect specific regions (Not the whole server) from these items?
