I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure Tekkit has been removed from the download for now in order for it to be fixed.

If you want you can easily make NEI show unused blocks and it looks like there are quite a few blocks unused compared to previous versions.

Do you have an estimation on when you might be able to fix it so it can be played offline?
