NEVER MIND PEOPLE I'VE JUST FIGURED THIS PROBLEM OUT! This happening to you? simply just go into your inventory and at the top it will say "item subsets" the dark tabs will have disabled everything from that mod. If a tab is dark click on it, it should go back to normal and the problem will be solved.
