Item Teleport pipe not remembering linked frequencies

The world anchor at each teleport pipe seems to work on a small scale...but my solar panel machine on my server is kind of too large to implement that...and it doesn't work on multiplayer...well crap... EDIT: cough cough anyone have a solution yet? cough cough -
