  1. unless you are running a 64bit browser you have to get the file manually here is the link to the 64bit offline installer. Java 64Bit For Windows If this still doesnt work download the linux version of the tekkit launcher (its just a jar file it will work on windows) right click on it and choose: "open with..." click "browse" navigate to "program files/java/javaw" (NOT program files(x86)) x86 is your 32bit files. this will tell it to always open your tekkit/technic launcher with 64bit java. Happy Hunting. Yankee~
  2. Im having the exact same problem. I uninstalled java 6 and installed the newest Java 7u45 went to: %appdata%/Roaming/.tekkit deleted the file and relaunched tekkit. still only gives me the 32bit options. will tweak it around abit and see if I can figure it out. if anyone has any ideas please help. Thanks
  3. So back to the Energy Link... Is this going to be available in a future update to Tekkit - I noticed Tekkit uses Buildcraft 2.2.14 While Technic uses v3 However even manually adding the PowerConverter mod to the Tekkit mod file and changing the ID number to an open one in the PowerConverters.cfg file my launcher still crashes out. Anyone have a fix for this or just wait or whats the deal on this? Thanks
