Natural Noob

Im having some trouble running a tekkit server. It works just fine on my computer but whenever my brother tries to connect to my server it wont let him. Hes on the same home network as I am too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ps. I have no idea if this is the right place to post this or not. If not let me know
