I've read all the threads on Permissions but nobody has asked this question. All I want is a simple configuration that allows players to play normally but not be able to spawn things, teleport etc. I'd rather not install an additional permissions plugin but if I have to, some basic instructions would be most appreciated since I'm not sure how to do it.
