I found out it was probably because my java was not up to date, and maybe not even the right bit. So I thought, then I go and download java 7. But when I click the link, I get an error, and on the site they say it isn't out yet! (is this because your all american?)

I did everything that I saw here, but not my error. When I open up launch.bat, it says: (loacation on computer and the right code, at least I suppose) "java is not recognised as an intern or extern command, program or batchfile." Please help! Ps. Sorry if this was actually posted already.
