Well looks like i've got a pretty significant problem with my computer then :P

Yeah, windows task manager.

I'v tried ending process/ending the process tree for java.exe and it has no affect

I have the same problem and after looking through the tak manager i didn't find any sign of it being open. i'm not sure if i'm missing something but any help would be greatly appreciated.
