Got the server back yay :D

Server will be down while we try to handle a dispute with the hosting company so please bear with us if the worse comes to the worse we find a new server to move to sorry :(

What you have to understand is that if we decided to "refund" you the items then anyone could leave the game rejoin a few mins l8r & say I crashed I want a full refund for this that and the other cause I lost it. Also we get people asking for refunds on a daily bases all of which are players trying to get free items when they never owned the items in the first place. If you want to tell people the truth even if it means starting a war I will tell you that it is pointless you will not and I repeat will not be getting back on this server. As I previously wrote I wish you all the best in finding a new server.

You were not warned for asking to speak to me you were warned for calling the Co-Owner a stupid admin I told you he would deal with it and he did the reason you were banned is and I quote "I will the ruin this server" which I take as a threat so you have now been banned no one else on the server seems to have any problems with the way it is run as for laughing at you we stated that the plugin koi was using to turn into an ender dragon wouldn't cause what you explained to happen. Other people on the server crash from time to time it's going to happen. I even crash sometimes but they know there is no point in asking for a refund. Also when we told you that in the rules it says no swearing you said and I quote again "Not in /rules" we don't use /rules as I see no point in editing it as it's all written down on signs at the spawn building if you had taken the 2-3 seconds to read them you would have known this. This server is really staring to annoy me it's back up some if not all tekkit items were corrupted if ur home or anything is missing just rebuild it as I don't have time nor patience to give out items and repair everything. Some pipes are still broken hopefully I can get a new host soon and get the old map working again if not it's another new map on a new host. Sorry about this guys not much I can do about it.

I see your server is back up lady. I tried to get on but it must be lagging or something 1750 ping. Is it still the same map as before as I wanted to see my pixel art me and egg made.
