I played hack slash mine with no lag but with tekkit it lags way to much

I get the same it only happend when i tried to open vanilla

When i try to play tekkit it lags way to mutch i have all of the settings down and i cant play the vannilla verson on the tekkit client gives me a error

I just started playing i have played and watched videos before but i want to learn more Thanks a lot i just joined!
