[3.0.3/3.0.4] [Solved] Server console getting spammed!!

Title: Server console getting spammed - [iNFO] Repair is active..

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: 64bit windows 7

Java Version: java 7

Description of Problem:

server console is getting spammed with "[iNFO] Repair is active.." we have tried restarting the server and that fixes it for a bit but it just carry on like 20 messages every second. any help would be grateful i have tired looking it up but none one seems to have an answer :/

I believe this is a result of a talisman of repair being used on a pedestal.
