hello guys i was playing tekkit for 4-5 days then it started lagging ... do you know what i can do in order not to lag and be able to play ?

Start with the report format, and then list things in your world that would cause lag. "it lags" is not diagnostically useful.

you know it is a bit strange because i could play minecraft with the version tekkit and suddenly one day i had problems especially when i was walking or changing view and i stuck then. i have checked and it is not problem with the requirments of the game nor with RAM

i have the latest version of technic launcher

i run it on windows 7 with service pack 1

the latest version of java 7 with update 4 and java 6 with update 31

the problem that i have is that my screen stucks when i play it. i have that problem after playing the game 5 days in full graphics and now even at lowest i cannot play

my antivirus is avast

Then you're screwed. It would take ages to go through every possible cause of lag that any person could possibly encounter.
