Can I install Tekkit on a server I only have remote access to?

Port forwarding is out of the question for me, so I rented a server from a server hosting company. They allow any mods you want to be installed but through the use of their own file manager on their website. Is there any chance I can install Tekkit using this method?

I'm just so tired of vanilla Minecraft... I can only play Yogbox and Tekkit now-a-days. But I want to play with friends.

Delete all the files that are there, Upload the Tekkit JAR into the server's main folder (get it from the homepage), and run the server. The server should generate all the files needed.
