Title: java.io.IOException: invalid UTF-8 first byte: -89

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: CentOS 64-Bit

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

This seems to be a problem with multiple Tekkit servers on our servers, they crash every 10-20 minutes and produce this error.

Error Messages:

Scratch what I said earlier, are any of the clients getting those errors in areas where like Æ,Ø, and Å are common? A quick Google search says Bukkit has issues with any command with characters like those.
