Server making trubbles

Sorry to bother but the server downloader is doing some type of glitch were if I download it it just looks like an E streem link and when I click on it. It will eather A open up Yahoo once or be open up Yahoo so mutch I must restart my computer. Can u tell me how to fix it please.

... where are you downloading from?
Because I don't think you're downloading from the right place.

 

Or you have a virus.
