When I type a command into the server console, it says [iNFO] Unknown command. Type "help for help.

Did you try following the directions and typing "Help" into the console? What was the result? What command is giving you this error?

I'm guessing you're trying to use a forward-slash like you do in-game. You don't need that on the server console.
