One (or both) of these is most likely your problem. Without the error log, though, there's no way to be sure.

Replicate the crash, and copypaste the log directly into here. I'm sure you can pay Kaker for all the bandwidth you used up later.

tried that exceed max length

it dosent mater i deleted everything but the launcher and reloaded technic dev buld. works fine now.

I actually figured it out it was loading 1.1 files from somewhere and running 1.2.5 minecraft. the conflict causes a loading chunks error

this will probably be the major problem when non-dev builds update to 1.2.5
