Title: Server Login End of Stream WTF?!

Version: 3.0.3

OS: Macintosh 10.6.8

Java Version: SE 6 v. 1.6.0

Description of Problem:

I made a server so my friends and I could play. Whenever I try to log on, however, it says "Connection Lost End of Stream". Not really sure how to fix this.

Update your Java.

EoS is either MC.net, your ISP, or your firewall being stupid.

But I'm willing to bet that your incredibly out of date Java is causing you grief.

Is it out of date? I might actually have a later version, but bear in mind that this is the Mac Java. But I'll check which version I'm on.

OK, I've put the proper versions of stuff on the OP. Sorry, I wasn't quite sure where to check for these. I'll also check my firewall, one of my friends suggested it could be my firewall.

Well my firewall is off, so that cancels that out.
