mods not working

so i started a new server for my friends and i and future people, however i got it running and all but i cant get the mods to work. for example the morph mod whenever i killed a mob it wouldnt transform me and i didnt have the option to transform myself into it either. any idea how to actually install the mods.

 

i have the server folder from the battle of the b team website

Run the launch.bat file instead of the minecraft server jar like you're supposed to and the mods would actually load.
