IC² Miner not Mining ...

Hi i currently having this issue.

the mine consume energy but don't mine.

i read somewere here something about fake players but can't get that working.

any help will be wellcome.

my server:

mods: industrialcraft2-1.95b-mcpc1.2.5-r2

plugins: (all lastest) Authme, Lwc, Essentials(full suite, including GroupManager), WorldEdit, WorldGuard.

Im getting this too. Miner is powered and has 64 mining pipe and a scanner. Nothings happening

Fixed it: Its a permissions problem. Make sure you downgrade your version from 1.19.2 to 1.19.1. Thats what was causing the problem for me. Then set up your permissions to allow [industrialCraft] to have admin

All you have to do is /op [industrialCraft]. Do the same for any other mods that interact with the world.
