Description of Problem:

i can't create my own server, i've tried everything, to open ports, to disable de the firewall and it doesen't work, i'va also tried to create the server with hamachi, then i can create it, but nobody can to reach de sever exect myself.

i have no more ideas... and im desperate (sorry about the english, i'm spanish :s XDD)

do the following:

1. start your server
   
2. stop your server
   
3. restart your pc
   
4. make sure you didnt fill in an ip addres in the server config
   
5. start your server
   
6. port forewart
   
7. check if you openen up the right ip with http://canyouseeme.org
   
8. profit
