EE Transmutation Table Crash when crafted.

Title: EE Transmutation Table Crash when crafted.

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: Version 7 Update 4

Description of Problem:

I currently have EE running on the server and all the items seem to work fine. Ex. Philosofer's stone. But when I try to craft a Transmutation Table, right when I place the last block to create it it shows up and then you get kicked from the server with the error. When you rejoin the items used to craft it are back in my inventory. Why is this item not working?
