Hi Guys !! When comes Galacticraft 3 to attack of the b team ??

If and whenever the devs feel like it/updating.

 

Considering the lack of updates recently, and the recent insistence of GenerikB that Revenge of the B-team is going to be a thing, it is likely Attack of the B-Team has been frozen.

 

As well, Galacticraft 3 is for Minecraft 1.7.x. AotBT is currently (and again, possibly going to remain) 1.6.4.
