Mods problem

Hi ! I have a Tekkit Classic server and i have a problem with BuildCraft and the mods which includes Deployer. When i place the quarry it doesn't work and the same with Deployer. I have opped [buildCraft], but nothing. For permissions i use GroupManager. Here is a list with my plugins :

But i tried on a no protected area and its not working. I think I need to give it permissions but i dont know how, im using GroupManager

If it isn't working on a nonprotected area, then there is something wrong with the BuildCraft mod itself. Quarrys *should* always work, even if not given permissions.

I dont know...I have read that i need to give buildcraft permissions in the permissions plugin, but i dont know how in GroupManager ( I know that in bPermissions is Modifyworld.* but only there )

You can just op [buildCraft] if you are really unsure

Are there any plugins that prevent placing of blocks by players who dont have permission? Otherwise, try to disable plugins and see whats causeing it by eliminating
