Launcher doesn't display Mojang account skins

Description of Problem: On startup, the launcher does not display a migrated account's skin, instead displaying Steve.

This is a problem related to the switch from minecraft to Mojang accounts. Nothing we can do about it right now. It's an actual launcher thing that will need to be fixed, but its low priority since the launcher still works fine.
