Error on Startup | RedPower Ores?

Title: Error on Startup | RedPower Ores?

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

The sevrer had been on for over 2 days, then we restarted it, on the startup, we get a error, saying that

[sEVERE] java.lang.RuntimeException: RedPowerCore: BlockID 140 occupied by net.minecraft.server.powercrystals.netherores.BlockNetherOres, autoAssign is disabled.

Which leads to my own idea, since block ID 140 is all the redpower ores.

So, RedPower ores = dead?

Error Messages:

[sEVERE] java.lang.RuntimeException: RedPowerCore: BlockID 140 occupied by net.minecraft.server.powercrystals.netherores.BlockNetherOres, autoAssign is disabled.

Error Log:

Looks like you touched your config files. I suggest downloading the server pack again and overwriting the config folder with the one from it. Back up your world as well!
