Towny error

So im a Co Owner on this tekkit server server we have been trying to get towny to get working. Looking at errors trying to get others to help we just kinda gave up and decided to post it here....

I am running latest tekkit and everything should be fine it just doesnt work....

So this is the main error from server.log (I think its the main part)

I gave both for the most help I can get..I just have no idea..

(dont say common things like update towny update server.. ive done it)

Did you set the check version bypass to false in the config of towny ?

I changed my check version bypass to false in the config but it still says 'null' on the help and when I type in a command it doesn't respond
