    you need to add the permission node to your self "permissions.*"

    here's part of mine for some items you have to count for the damage value for that item after it's spawned in so just adding the :?* helps block it but you will need a plugin to stop the craft because MW and pex isn't that great on stopping the craft. - -modifyworld.items.(craft|drop|have|pickup).(30215:?*|30214:?*|30213:?*|27593:?*|27584:?*|27582:?*|27581:?*|27580:?*|27579:?*|

    So the reason you were banned just so you know was because you wouldn't stop fighting over the prices that weren't even set yet you keep dragging it on and as for griefing no has had any problems with it so we didn't even need res in the first place i added it because a player wanted he didn't even have a problem with the price so trash talk me and my server all you want that's fine.

    I was having the same problem today I couldn't find a way to disable bags per world so I started to look into plugins that will block access from said item. The plugin is call "Creative Control" you just add the item id to the config and it will block it from being used by players in creative. Also you might want to block enderchest and the pouch.
