Description of Problem:

When I log onto the server I frequent, I get a screen saying "The server requires you to have: "

Error Messages:

Mabye you or the server have the wrong version? Try re-downloading the client. There is also a option on the login to change both mods and version of them. Be shure you are trying to log into it with the correct version and the correct modpack!

You are using the dev. build. Remove your Tekkit client, make sure you're on the recommended build, and re-download.
