Unable to authenticate account to minecraft.net problem

Hello , i have a problem with technic launcher . The problem is that when i wan't to log in with my account i got a error : Unable to authenticate account to minecraft.net .

That's often an issue with the minecraft.net servers being down temporarily. If it doesn't clear up within a day or so, you may have an antivirus or firewall problem.

I Tryied to disable antivirus and firewall still nothing please help ! :(
