Disabling Hunger Bar from Tekkit Server

Hi there. I've only been hosting a normal minecraft server (using Bukkit) for a number of weeks so im still new to all of this. Now, I'm hosting a small Tekkit server for me and some friends to play on. We'd really like to disable the Hunger bar, but aren't sure how to do it.

I know the graphic is client side, yet the effects are server side.

Can someone give me a quick how to?

It just can't. If you want no hunger install a mod.

I tried installing 'InstaEat' which is supposed to remove it from the game, but after installing the .jar in the plugins folder and seeing it on launch, it doesn't appear to do anything.

Can you recommend any?

InstaEat supposedly needs configuration to remove the hunger bar. Perhaps you should try that.
