Error on starting the game

Launcher/pack Version: Last version, downloaded the JAR version

Operating System: Windows 7 64

Version of Java: 7 Update 5 64Bits

Description of Problem: I start the jar launcher, chose the mod Tekkie, and login, it starts DL the mods, then starts the game but no mob is loaded, don't know why.

I chose to use the Jar version, to see if it would correct my previus problems, but I'm geting more.

I've never heard of that AV, but try temporarily uninstalling it, and clearing the cache.

The AV is NOD, the ESET its just the name company of the AV.

I did clear the cache, going to delete the AV just to try it, but don't rly think that is the problem since the Thecnic i can play without any problem, just have problem with the Tekkie

Deleted the AV and the problem persist :/ don't know what to do here. Want to know the spec of the PC too ? What options i have chose on the launcher?

Try deleting your Tekkit folder in .techniclauncher

I all rdy tryed that, but going for it again, just deleted all from the launcher directory and install it again ( going for the installer once more to see if it works )

BTW i leave here a pic, when he starts the minecraft, i think it should not start while still updating

It's not still updating. It updated improperly. Try going to options, selecting manual build selection, and getting the proper build.

Going to try that, but the one that is selected is the recommend one

Trying the 3.0.3 even the 3.0.2 on manual and still persist the problem

Try 3.0.4, since that's the current one.

Just have 3.0.5 and 3.1.0 going for the 3.1.0 to try it

the 3.1.0 worked fine

but now i have problem connecting to a server, saying that i don't some mod's ( founded the server here on the forum )

Yeah, because 3.1.0 is the dev build, and not the one you should be using.

But the one that i need, 3.0.4 doesn't show on the options so i can chose it :/

As u can see, i get 3.0.3 then goes to 3.0.5 and 3.1.0

Oh right, 3.0.3 is what you should be selecting. Make sure that you delete your old tekkit folder before you select it though.

Wanted to join the server Tekkify ( that is on the Deluxe servers ) and i can't because of this, since i can't chose the 3.0.4 version ( tryed with the launcher DL and the JAR from the site )

If I select the 3.0.3 well it doesn't work, I will get the same problem, the Minecraft start without any mods activated, as the original problem

Any other viable option to try to fix this ? I all rdy did clean installs of the launcher ( bot the DL and the Jar version ) still the same problem, the version 3.0.3 don't load any mods

I would like to add another thing, I did installed Windows XP on a virtual machine, just to try to install the 3.0.3, after the install i rar the Tekkie folder and moved to Windows 7 and still doesn't work.

Just a remender, the Windows on the Virtual Machine just did have the Java and the Tekkie Launcher nothing more, so there must be a major problem with the Launcher.

Wait, you think that the launcher is broken because you and thirty other people cant figure it out, despite the fact that thousands of other people have been using it without issue for months?

I reach that conclusion because of the Virtual Machine test, there was just the Windows, Java and the Launcher nothing more, there was no AV and such installed on the windows that was on the Virtual Machine.

Yeah, except that by its very nature, a virtual machine is ALSO lacking a variety of other general dependencies that most machines get through general use, like .net frameworks and such. Anyone here could have warned you that your test would be useless.

I can install the basic needs ( Frame work, flash, etc ) to see if goes well or not, since the game the only thing that he needs its Java and a Graphic card with OpenGL to run, correct me if I'm wrong about this.
