First I downloaded hamachi and set up the server that way. After a long time of tinkering it still didnt work. So i portforwarded instead and it still doesnt work. People cant connect using my external ip and I can connect only using localhost. Althought, all my ports are open and it should work, but its just no one can join. Whats wrong?

Connection timed out: connect
