My custom modpack getting error despite having a zip and modpack.jar

I followed all the directions to making a modpack and it still wouldnt work.Im using google drive and i set it to let everyone download but i get this error.Error downloading a file for the following pack (insert modpack name) pleas consult modpack author

 

edit 1:I used copy.com and put ?download=1 at the end and it becomes VANILLA
