Hey, I need your help!

I want to create a Modpack with optifine + liteloader, but no forge.

Why no forge? Well the answer is the problem of bungeecord with forge.
It doesnt work really well together and I cant join any bungeecord servers (I can join a few, but then it crashes while teleportation)

And why I need such a modpack?

Well my normal Launcher isnt working and I tried everything to fix it.

Well, it would be awesome if someone would know how to create such a modpack.
