Because I don't have a premium account and I can't download anything from technic launcher , there is this question in me asking if I could install all the mods manually, and still be able to join an "online-mod=false" tekkit server. Thanks if you understood me. P.S. I have read the rules before posting, but I am not sure if you are going to probate me or ban me. (I have a treat for the law )

No excuse, no, and no. To do so would expose the forum sponsors and administrators to legal action. It's not going to happen.
