Modloader config for technic pack (1.2.5) not generating

Operating System: Windows 7, x64

Java Version: Java 7 Update 4

Antivirus Program: Malwwarebytes Anti-Malware

Description of Problem:

Basically, I want to disable some mods on the development build of the technic pack. Even though I have started up the technic pack numerous times, no modloader config has been generated. I even went to the Technic SSP config folder and looked for it there to do it manually, but I couldn't find it. Are there any solutions to this problem?

If it's Technic 7.1.0, I think it no longer has a modloader.cfg because it no longer uses ModLoader. Try simply removing the mods you don't want from your mods folder.
