Making a secure factory

So im playing on a tekkit server and i am going to make a company that macerates/smelts stuff for the player. I have everything figured out but I have one problem, theft.

Before I go on heres what i have planned. The player will put all his ores into a chest and then put an item in another chest, say 32 gold, the 32 gold gets taken out of the chest which triggers the machine that sucks all the ores out of the chest and macerates them. After they get macerated they move on into the furnaces and get smelted turned into ingots, I'm sure all of you have something that automates macerating/smelting. However my problem is, that macerating/smelting takes time and I dont want my customer to have to wait in my shop for minutes depending on how much ore he wants turned into ingots. I want my company to be able to work while I am offline and am having trouble thinking of a secure way to do this, suggestions please.

Multiple Rotary Macerators and Induction Furnaces, along with a system that moves materials quickly (Redpower.) Not too hard if you play around with it a bit, also bumping is not a good idea, questions will be answered in time. As security, a Wireless Redstone controlled Iron Door maybe?

you could make a computer craft program to hold multiple clients. Each client has a username and password, and when entered it returns the goods to them through redpower tubing (transposers etc.)

Pretty basic stuff to keep your clients security in check.

@aegis fate I intend to use rotary macerators and induction furnaces, I cant use an iron door as that would mean the client needs to stay there and wait for everything to be done.

@sinxx how would you go about doing the programing/logistics, would you hook up a computer to a piston/iron door and when they input a preset username/password (by them) it opens?
